A customer completes the Problem Medical Bill Assessment to open a case and share key information, which Patient Fairness uses to identify potential issues to raise in the dispute of the bill.


To save time, customers may upload the medical bill and related documents for Patient Fairness to retrieve the relevant information and pre-populate many of answers for your Problem Medical Bill Assessment.

GET YOUR CUSTOMER LETTER OF DISPUTE

Once a customer completes the Problem Medical Bill Assessment, Patient Fairness will tell him or her how many, and what types of issues we found to include in the custom Letter of Dispute.  The customer can then decide whether to pay to continue your case.


After a customer pays for a case, Patient Fairness will share the custom Letter of Dispute, and mail it certified mail to the provider with approval.
